Well managed, affordable fitness centre with a great range of equipment.

Great gym, went in feeling extremely nervous but after a few minutes I felt very at ease. The staff are fantastic and very helpful especially for a learner gym goer like myself. Lovely clean facilities too

For a local gym, this place has all the equipment you need and friendly staff to suss out any issues you may have.  Always a good environment to train in.  Bit of an outdoor/boxing area would be the icing on the cake.
