I had a great time at this Range Ford - smooth and stressless experience. Angel, a trainee sales consultant helped me out from the beginning to end - explaining the details and patiently answer all my questions that came out of nowhere honestly. Though he’s a trainee he did very well in my opinion. I think without his friendly and authentic customer service, I wouldn’t make a decision to proceed further. Gareth from finance department also helped me out with my time there telling me everything I need to know. They both are very helpful and made my experience very worth it and fun.

I recently had some warranty work done on my Ford endura 1HCR-310 & received outstanding service from Jason the service consultant. He was always willing to help and was extremely polite and respectful at all times, such a rare commodity these days. So thank you Jason for your attentiveness and for keeping me informed at all times. I also want to thank Steve the service manager for promptly attending to a complaint I had with work done to my car. He got everything sorted without any fuss and everything was done to my satisfaction and I am a fussy person. He to was very polite and extremely helpful and informative. So, well done Steve and Jason for setting a high standard of customer service and satisfaction that in my opinion and experience sets your service department ahead of the rest. Many thanks Tim.
