it has a new modern feel to the place and some may think its exciting to go on a new and improved waste of your tax dollars but believe me its not. if you're thinking of catching this slow, rundown waste of your tax dollars please dont. Just catch a bus they are much faster and much better. if there is no buses going to the city catch a train please do not use this.
The Randwick Station is an open air Light Rail station situated in the heart of Randwick. It has a modern look and its facilities are well maintained, with trains arriving and departing here punctually, but not as regularly as other stations in the city. However, though, it's clean and easily accessible to and from several interest points in the local area. The platforms in the Station are not as wide, but it's well fenced and it does have good utilities, such as the sheltered benches on them.
Very well designed Light Rail terminus in the heart of Randwick. The only improvement I can think of would be if there was another platform, as trams are often having to wait long times for a platform...
Frequent comfortable trams into the central CBD. The terminal is tidy and has shelter with seating
Cool stop, but the next tram doesn't arrive for weeks, so it's probably not the best way to get to the hospital in an emergency.
