Slow and dangerously incompetent.nnWaited for an hour to get my script, passed off to 5 different staff members, who didn’t check to make sure I knew what I was doing, nor did they ensure I had everything I needed. I ended up being directed to a YouTube video to learn how to administer which is pretty piss-poor.nnMy partner had to point out that I’d be needing education, needles for administration, as well as a sharps bin. If we just checked out with the second staff member, we would have gotten home without any of the required equipment - According to one staff member, this is a regular thing.nnCan’t be that hard to ask simple questions to ensure your customers are adequately informed and educated.
Very slow service. I went to the counter to purchase a few items. I was told to move to the other end. I then waited for 5 minutes to get served. The assistant was too busy stapling prescriptions to serve me straight away. It was not busy in the pharmacy at the time.
Yes it’s true! A 24 hour pharmacy! Located just at the entrance of Greenslopes private hospital coupled with plenty of free parking.nThe pharmacists were personable armed with a wealth of knowledge. A wide range of products, from medical supplies, emergency heels for us divas in a cute little box to cold drinks and chocolate. Fairly priced products keeping in mind the convenience of a store accessible at any time, day or night. Would absolutely recommend this chemist.
The website lies! They do not deliver! The person on the phone was lovely! Not their fault
Called ahead to make sure the specific medications I was after was available. Arrived early the next morning before work 0600 to pick up said script and they don't have it.nMaybe if you don't have it, don't just say yes to a brand that is something like it. Just say no and don't waste people's time.
