I have been dealing with Jim at this branch for a couple of years now, working together to work out the best time for us to buy etc and he is fantastic! Jim is always more then happy to help and explains everything to you in a way that you can understand. We finally found what we were looking for and Jim went up and beyond to help us out and for his clients, I wouldn't go anywhere else! For anything home loan related, I will always 100% recommend him. If you want an honest, hard working, easy going guy to help you out then Jim is your man. Thanks Jim, you are amazing!
I have used Jim Rachcoff from RAMS Kingsbury as my broker for over 7 years now and can’t recommend him highly enough! He’s done a few loans for me over that time, the most recent settling only last week where he did a refinance for me - he did a great job as usual. A very professional and experienced operator that always goes the extra mile to thoroughly prepare your loan application before submitting, so that the loan approval process goes smoothly. If it wasn’t for the hard work Jim and Jennifer put in we wouldn’t have been able to get into the amazing home we’re in now. We tried other lenders and it was always so hard but Jim fought for us to get the loan with such professionalism and with good old fashioned customer service. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat, if your self employed like I was Jim and Jennifer are the people to talk to.
