Chris was amazing at helping my partner and myself get a construction loan. After talking to a couple of other banks none being helpful we went into Chris @ RAMS. First home buyers everything was new and seemed like a mountain however Chris treated us like people and really explained the process and had all boxes marked before sending our application. Needless to say we got approved and now can finally start our build. Thanks Chris.
