If I could give 6 stars I would. All staff are hardworking and so extremely polite and caring here. Food came out in literally seconds and it was so fresh, so amazingly beautiful to make even the most fussy eater happy. Strongly recommend if you’re looking for a nourishing, filling ramen on a rainy day.
Ordered classic ramen & seafood-soup ramen, along with gyoza and chicken tenders karaage. Broth itself is rich and delicious, not stunning. Despite the noodle customization we ordered firm, I found it too thin and didn’t hold much weight or flavor from the broth. Minimal ingredients for $17, mine included chashu slices, however they were very thin & also meat was dry/ tough. Note $1 extras each for vegetables/eggs/added spice which is not worth it in my opinion; added bok choy and I got 3 leaves lol. Gyoza slices were tiny albeit tasty. Don’t bother with chicken tenders karaage, not worth $11 at all - Overcooked, dry, not crispy, overpriced. Service was ok. Great beers though. This just wasn’t it for me even though I was so hungry and excited for a meal, sadly.
It's a little bit pricey. The soup base is not that rich-flavoured. Plain pork bone stock.nnFried chicken hasn't been well-seasoned.nnHowever, personally, it has the best ramen noodle!!!nnI will be back for that customized noodle.
Delicious ramen, great atmosphere and very friendly staff. Highly recommend and definitely will be back!
On my visit to the Gold Coast, from Europe , I usually go to this restaurant and would give it five starts ! Sad to say i was really disappointed on my recent visit , with presentation , the flavour not the same and looks like the menu has changed ! It was as it it was just thrown up to you , adding extra chilli , as before not the same , port was sparse , the gyoza were burned ! So not a pleasant experience and I just don’t feel like going back to this particular restaurant again ! It was my number one place but not any more ! I suggest you train staff better or review your methods of cooking , it like you were cutting corners . In photo I have turned three of the gyoza upside down so you can see how burned ! Service nothing as you order on the app and get your own sauces . Even the complimentary ginger , sauces were slim or watered down !
