This is a very important company in life. It has a lot of services, complete equipment and good equipment. The staff service is also very good, very polite and educated.
I needed some classic car GM key blanks cut to the original codes. Clara and staff were not only extremely courteous, but very professional. Keys cut were perfect. I can't thank them enough for the service rendered.

Called in yesterday to get a price for 2x barrels with matching keys. Sent in photos via email and spoke to Andrew on phone. He gave me a price which was satisfactory and advised to come in today they would be ready in the morning. Arrived and waited, brought in the old one to match, after waiting 30 minutes, he comes out and says he's giving me more expensive ones because they don't have the ones he quoted, this was after he cut the matching keys. Well, you should told me before you cut the key because I could have just gone somewhere else, or bunnings as they had quoted the same price to do the same job and not wasted my time. Drove all the way to Dandenong and waited to be told that they don't have the product they quoted and made me come in for, and instead of fixing their mistake and giving me the locks for the same price they wanted to charge me an extra $40 dollars for the "better" lock. Totally unacceptable and a waste of time.
Never used before but defo will be using again. Lady that answered the phone was very helpful and the guy that helped me in store sorted me out the part I needed. Everywhere else I check said the part was obserlet. Great service
Excellent Service, fantastic staff - I needed office cabinet keys cut, Bunnings couldn't help, and I tried another local locksmith who stuffed me around and then never got back to me, even after a follow up call and email. These guys made it super easy, I called ahead and they told me to come in with the keys i needed copied. They didn't have matching blank keys as it is an obscure Chinese branded key, but she used one that was very similar and had worked in the past, she made 3 copies of 2 keys but charged me nothing as she couldn't guarantee they would work, and said if they don't work, let her know and she'll order in the Chinese branded blanks I needed, and advised me that they may take 3 -5 weeks to come in. They didn't work in the end, but I still couldn't be more impressed with the service I received from these guys.
