We first met Ralf 10 or so years ago from recommendation from a friend. Ralf made my engagement ring and our wedding bands. 10 years later they still look brand new even with constant daily wear. We have also been back several times for other dress rings to be designed and made. Each time we pop in our rings are always cleaned for us. Nothing is ever too much trouble. A recent upgrade in design to my engagement and wedding rings exceeded my expectations. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and are always friendly, genuine and very honest. I cannot speak highly enough of Ralf and his team and the exceptional quality of work they produce. I look forward to our next visit for another perfect piece to add to our collection.

Ralph made my engagement ring last year & is currently making my wedding ring.  He was recommended to me  by 2 friends.  Ralph's craftsmanship is superb.  As is his honesty & ability to create a beautiful piece to suit any budget.  If you are after a custom made piece of jewellery, do yourself a favour & visit Ralph.

From start to finish, Ralf and his team have been nothing short of brilliant! I first emailed to enquire about getting wedding rings made for my partner and I, and I was helped out by Jane who was very helpful and friendly! Overall we had 2 meetings to discuss the design of the rings, and I'm so appreciative of Ralf and the team's effort to use recycled or second hand materials to satisfy my desire to have minimal unnecessary environmental impacts and to use existing gold and diamonds from our family. We absolutely LOVE our rings, and being a young couple, we were really happy with the final price of both rings! We even got our leftover diamonds and gold back to take home. THANK YOU so much for our rings, Ralf and Ange. They suit us both perfectly and love how much care and attention you've put into making them! We really appreciate it. Thank you very much!

Ralf and the team made a somewhat daunting process extremely comfortable with their knowledge, expertise and professionalism.  They were a pleasure to work with and the final product was outstanding.  I would not hesitate to recommend Ralf to anyone.  He is a trustworthy and talented jewelry maker

Ralf Fisch is a master of his craft. His work is truly amazing! The team here are so friendly and their customer service skills are exceptional!! I thank Ralf for creating a gorgeous engagement ring for me and stunning wedding bands for Michael and I.
