I was a first timer to put my home on the Rental Market, and I was very impressed with all the staff and the communication between them and myself whilst the property was in their care. I felt confident that my home was safe in their hands.

This space is too small to air my extensive list of APPRECIATION. R&H Charters Towers have been TRUSTFUL, PROFESSIONAL & CARING in the process of finalizing our rental tenancy with them! The team at RH worked together to help me and my partner secure a rental and move in within 3 days! Maintenance for a new A/C was process and installed within a week of moving into the property! Nothing but praise for the Raine and Horne crew!

This space is too small to air my extensive list of grievances. R&H Charters Towers have been distrustful, unprofessional & heartless in the lengthy process of finalising our rental tenancy with them. Avoid them at all costs!!

I have an investment property in Charters Towers and have had Raine and Horne looking after it for many years now. I have received excellent service from all the staff in the property management team. If I sold this property, I would also choose to sell through Raine and Horne.
