I had a terrible experience which caused me a great deal of stress. I wish they had never taken over the real estate agent that I rented through originally.

Being made to pay a whopping $3,000 in fees (fine print) even when they didn't sell our home. The agreement was we pay a small amount upfront for advertising and if they don't sell, no costs. We're now being harassed for an extra $3,000. My gosh - we're pensioners and we told them so from the get go. We were approached by them, we didn't seek them out.
We were actually called and given security about their professionalism and expertise with a promise of 'said' verbal agreement. Now we are in turmoil due to written paperwork which belies all trust.

Was walking past a prospective property with a "for sale" sign out the front, and after many attempts by both myself and my partner to find the property on their website - we gave up!
I would NEVER list my property with them, 
Missed opportunity!!!
