A large caravan park with great location and good view with cabins, and many caravan and tents sites. The cabins look great, we stayed at powders site. A lot of space which was good. Unfortunately not enough amenities. For the hundreds of people there, not enough, especially only one laundry place in the whole large caravan park. The cleaning of the amenities weren’t great either. Great bouncy pillow for kids as well as playground and games room.
Stayed here for a night with my girls. We have come to Rainbow and stayed in different places each time we come because only short time. We believe we didn't get enough time here, loved it so much. The bunk beds were a hit, rooms tidy, clean etc. Kitchen was decent to stay a good week. Couch space is hard when there is three but due to space was all you could really do. Layout of the grounds was fantastic, everything neat and tidy. The bouncing pillow a hit. We didn't get to do the peddle carts at this place have done them at others and big hit. It was a little out of Rainbow, not quite walkable to beach on hot days with kids...Loved that we got to see the marina, next time will have to eat some dinner there. Thanks for the easy service, loved the pre booking email/text was fantastic saved time in the office.
Fantastic for couples, families and it’s pet friendly. Spacious cabins and great camping options both powered and unpowered. Friendly and accommodating staff! Easy access to boat ramp and a short walk to Quay Carlo restaurant on the water. Amazing sunsets! Short drive to Rainbow Beach shops and beach access.Rooms: 5/5
Staff great, great stay, HOWEVER, the franchisees have requested that no replacement toilet paper or dishwashing detergent is to be supplied free of charge to budget cabins in futureeven after 3 days. This practice lends to the possibility that previous users do not wash their dishes properly and simply rinse before they leave. This of course increases spread of viruses such as covid19 to next unsuspecting customers. Furthermore, buying your own roll of toilet paper when paying in excess of $130 per night, really???Please correct this practice.
Lovely park, relief manager was great, the lady cleaning the camp kitchen was amazing, couldn't help enough. Location was great. Alot of sites but didn't feel like we were on-top of each other, will definitely visit again.Service: 4/5
Beautiful location, quiet, gorgeous sunsets. The only issue we had was that our caravan needed an urgent electrical repair and we couldn't get anyone to come to us. The reception staff are not overly enthusiastic but otherwise very good.Rooms: 5/5
We camped for 2 weeks. The Park has excellent amenities including camp kitchens with ample fridge space for food storage. The toilets and showers were kept clean daily. The girls at reception were always helpful and I was even able to get an important package sent to the office for me to collect. I will say the midgies were a frikken nightmare unless you're Dow with toxic insect repellents. The natural stuff helps but needs constant application. All in all a real good stay at a special part of the coast. Loved it.
Awesome place to camp. Facilities was kept nice and clean every day, very spacious and family friendly with a park and bounce pad on the opposite sides for kids. Very close to beaches and fishing spots. My best camping experience was here at BIG4 Breeze and already planning our next trip over.Service: 5/5
Stayed in the cabins and felt like they were brand new. They felt real clean and modern. Not badly priced and wish we could have stayed longer. Kids had a whole heap of things to do.
