I got gel nails done on my real nails. I got an un professional finish and the layering was not even. Very chunky.Service: Pedicure
Was very disappointed today when I had my nails with Poor customer service I ever had. Compared to the customers next to me, the technician was rushed into doing my nails without allowing me to choose the nails shape that I would like. I have shown the picture to the lady that I want, the lady have seen the picture by 2 seconds and still doing my nails with wrong colour and wrong shape!!! Thanks for nothing.
Visited for a spa pedicure and was not disappointed. Although English is a second language, the extremely friendly lady was very professional, conversed to ensure she understood what I wanted, and went about doing an amazing job of a French tip pedicure. Could not be happier with the result, and whole experience. This is one nail spa I will definitely keep returning to. Thank you
I feel like I should have been told that I would be sat down at a working station, given colours to choose from, and not be seen within 15 minutes without anyone explaining why was sat down as a client when I came to the counter to ask a question, and no promise that I would be acknowledged soon. I think I should have been told this before I wasted perfectly good 1/4 hour that could have been spent doing my nails myself. Regretting going
