The best fish and chips in New Zealand! Big portions for great value. Over and over again! I just love this place. It can get very busy during dinner time but its so worth the wait while soaking up the beautiful view. Sometimes you can catch them processing the fish that has been caught for the day.
Nice fish and chips. A little bit on the expensive side but a good portion of chipscrunchy outside and soft inside. The fish tarakihi was a little overcooked but freshand a nice thin, crispy batter. Outdoor seating and the view is worth the trip.

With no exaggeration of any kind. This is The Best Fish and Chips I have ever had... EVER!! The beer battered chips are a must.
Service was great. Food was great. Public Toilet available around the corner. Parking can be a challenge, but worth the visit.
The area is lively! People around the water fishing and getting on their boats. The shop looks fantastic and you can tell the fish is fresh..because the fishing boat is only a few meters away. Chips good, fish goooood. I know I'll visit this place for a feed again and again being only a short drive away from Hamilton.
