I needed an ultrasound and X-ray, I called my local Springfield Lakes clinic and they could only do one on the day, the staff member called around and I was fit in to have both done at Chapel Hill. I was seen within an hr and a half. The staff were amazing, front desk, radiographer and the lady who performed the ultrasound. Very professional but also very sensitive regarding the procedures. Highly recommend, thank you for making me feel comfortable
The clinic, other reception lady with red short hair and Doctor is lovely, however when I was firstly served by a middle east young girl with a hijab, black glasses at reception she was a bit off with attitude when asking for my details . Her right foot was crossed also resting and shaking on the chair next to her behind the reception not very hygienic for health safety standard or look professional
I had Dr Miller and Donna today when I went in for a biopsy for a lump in my breast. I’m really scared of needles and got myself pretty worked up and emotional going into the appointment. Both ladies were extremely professional and supportive. Dr Miller was excellent at communicating what was happening with me and Donna regularly checked in with how I was feeling which helped a lot. I left feeling so taken care of - thank you so much!
Exact Radiology at Chapel Hill got me on for an ultrasound guided injection in late December 2022 when all other clinics basically said come back next year!! I had severe pain in my hip and after numerous calls to many other clinics the lovely lady at the Canossa Private hospital branch of Exact Radiology got me in at the Chapel Hill clinic, she did all the calling around while I was on hold as I had no luck when I called other clinics that day. I was asked to come in just a few hours after making the calls and the wonderful staff did everything to get me mobile again. From reception to the nurse and the doctor I was treated with respect with the care on my hip and leg the priority to get me on my feet again during the very bust Christmas rush to the end of 2022. Within a week of the cortisone injection I had freedom of movement again and could walk and drive again without any pain. It would have a been a miserable New Years for me if they hadn't seen as quickly as they did. Thanks team for the great service and Happy New Year for 2023!!
Emma and the team at Exact in Chapel Hill were so warm and welcoming during my visit today. They made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommend!
