One star is being generous. From my experience everything was good I was making my repayments every fortnight without fail, then a missed one payment at one point I was aware of this and they let it snowball from $50 to $150 in late fees in stead of emailing asap they showed up at my work place demanding the money it was so humiliating, then I missed another payment over this 4year period and the same guy turn to my house demanding I pay now he was extremely rude. I strongly recommend other options before even thinking of going with radio rentals

Just if zero stars were possible, the lady that worked there gave me items that I could not really afford because I said I'll help find her husband a job when he comes over from Egypt. As well as that was constantly harassed by Darren from the arrears department. They harassed and threatened my Aunty so she had to pay them my $500 arrears which had nothing to do with her, she was just a contact to find me, they threatened to come have police search her house. I finally gave the items back and Darren said all I have to pay is the areaars on my 3 items $750, then they charged me $5500 because I forgot my Apple ID password on 2 $1100 computers, absolutely disgusting
