I would just like to bring to everyone's attention the unlawful and appalling behaviour of Radiant Jewellers in Chirnside Park Shopping Centre. This store has falsely increased the value of their products when having a sale so that they do not have to provide the full discount otherwise applicable on their ticketed prices. Will NEVER step foot in this store. They should not be allowed to operate a business openly breaching consumer law like this!

Would love to bring to everyone's attention the outstanding customer service I received when purchasing a gift for a friend. I recently purchased the Von Treskow 'Big Mama' bracelet from the Chrinside store and cannot describe my gratitude to the girls there. Not only did they track down the in demand sold out bracelet to a store in Sydney they also made sure that it would be delivered to the store in time for my friends birthday. Thanks so much for the effort that everyone put it. It is greatly appreciated. 10/10 would recommend.

Service is average, with many incompentent staff, all whom which seem to blame other staff members. Found myself being patronized, and not listened to when trying to put in my jewellery for repair. Good range of jewellery, but will find myself going elsewhere in future.
