The level of service exceeded my expectations. Would definitely go back again.

Wow! Amazing experience. Beautiful space, towels robe and slippers provided to use. Hamman bathing was relaxing and topped off with the nature package. Lovely staff who ensured the experience was as relaxed as possible. Can't recommend this highly enough! Reasonably priced aswell! Will definetly be coming back

If you’re looking for a professional and relaxing day spa experience, look no further than One Spa at RACV Torquay. I’ve been multiple times over the years but my last visit was the most relaxed I have ever felt during a spa treatment. I was lucky enough to have a massage and facial and it was incredible. Do yourself a favour and treat yourself, I promise you won’t regret it!

Standard rooms are nice, but Premium Ocean view rooms are the way to go. Spacious and beautiful. Food and bev outlets are great, all meals tried are delicious, day spa is really good aswell.

Amazing massage and hummam experience.   Only negative at all was cold showers which there was no control over..would have been nice to have been told before  :
