My son really struggled when he moved up a class. His skills regressed, he was incredibly anxious and started to refuse entering any pool at all. The staff approached this with so much respect and kindness. They offered multiple strategies and they worked with me to make a plan going forward.nnMiss April took over my son's lessons in February. She is wonderful. Full of joy and patience. He would cling onto her shoulders for the entire session. He'd climb out and she'd gently, playfully get him back into the pool. After two weeks he started asking to go swimming again because he wanted to see her specifically. He slowly tolerated more and more of the lesson. After three months he has completely transformed in the water and today he participated in the whole lesson. My pride is enormous and I am so thankful to Miss April for bringing so much fun into her classes.
My daughter has been coming to the Deagon Rackley centre since she was 3 months old and has been absolutely loving it every step of the way. So have I! The teachers and reception staff are so lovely and welcoming. Our weekly swim lesson is definitely a highlight of the week and it’s so amazing watching my daughter improve and gain confidence in the water. Thank you for your patience and kindness with my girl.
This is our second swim school and while the previous pool was great, Rackley is even better. Our boy is 3 and is a little apprehensive about swimming, but the teachers here are patient, attentive & diligent, and he is improving every lesson as a direct result of their approach. Facilities are also well organised for children’s swimming and the showers are hot - what more can you ask for?!
Rackley Swimming Deagon excel my expectations of a swim school.nMy daughter has swam with Rackley Swimming since she was 2 months old - now turning two she LOVES the water.nShe is cautious of people she doesn’t know and the team at deagon have worked hard to gain her trust. Class sizes are great and we always have so much fun.
Very good staffs and trainers making available a safe learning environment for children.Manager and staffs are very considerate and attentive in giving feedback and encouragement. It helped my daughter to work on her weak points. My daughter learned a lot here.
