Ridiculous service they will scam you! Went in to get my air con re gassed told me there was a leak in my pipe and it would cost $1000 to replace as the specific part can only be found over east. Seeking a second opinion went in to Auto Bahn who inspected the leak and found nothing wrong re gassed my air con and is working perfectly all for $150. Don’t know if they are stereotypical to women needing help with their cars but will never go again!Service: Air conditioning
If you like just handing over money and getting nothing really in return this is the place for you. Had my car serviced, repairs got quoted for where outrageously overpriced and came back with more oil coming out of it than Russia! It Said online they would rotate tyres etc didn’t do that which to me seems pretty easy so if they can’t do that what else can’t they do that it list online they do. So if you want to waste your money your at the right place. Go support a smaller local business.
It was really useful to have my car serviced here on a Saturday. The staff were friendly and the service was fine to my liking.
Went to RAC expecting to be less expensive than MB workshop. Was not only more expensive but didn't get a call until 15mins b4 it closed after I told them I'm at least 20 mins away. Won't be going back.
Well it was not very dramatic, basically I told my partner, my bestie, our neighbour, our friends and their friends, the checkout lady and the young lady who walks our dog that the efficiency of the RAC can not be compared.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement
Customer service at the front desk was absolutely atrocious. Rude male attendant, as an RAC member the prices on services are absolutely shocking with ridiculous mark ups on car parts approx 140% mark up on actual costs. Things like this makes it easier for people to change insurances
Amazing space upstairs for events where we celebrated 10 years of business with 100 guests. Friendly staff and couldn't have been happier... we will be back for our 11th birthday!
Thank you so much to Anil at RAC for helping me after I locked my keys in my car this morning! He arrived in about 20 minutes and I had my keys in about 1 minute after he started working on it! Anil was very friendly and made me feel much better about it, and he's obviously fantastic at his job. I highly recommend RAC!!!Service: General repairs
