As much as these guys are friendly & lovely to work with the lead times they have are highly undesirable. I think I would have better luck getting in touch with Aliens then the accountant at times. Recently it has taken a number of weeks to even get a response from them for my tax return. Most notably 6 weeks. I wish I could say this was a first. Not to mention a few other disheartening things. Reception staff are lovely and happy to help if its something they can do. Things normally get done straight away if they can assist. Which is great to see.

Been a client for the past two years never had a problem. Dealt with April for both years she has always provided me with excellent advice.

Been a client for the past 7 years and have never had a issue with R J Sanderson quick response times just got my return back from the ATO would strongly suggest this firm to anyone.
