Friendly guy who was kind enough to trouble shoot my aircon, I did call up earlier as it was a Saturday and asked if they had time to look at my aircon, they said yes but never mentioned about paying a Saturday fee until I went to pay. The lady behind the counter typed up my quote which was fine, then asked for a $200 deposit and when I asked why, I was told it was to cover the purchase of the evaporator unit, which can be purchased easily. Never have I been asked for a deposit to have any type of mechanical work done on a vehicle. If the cashier can develop some people skills and not push people away with awkward requests, this business would be so much better. I ended up shopping around and saved around $400. Be cautious with quoted work.

Shop around people and you’ll save a bunch of cash. Workmanship was ok.

Customers aren't important to this business. Walk in appointments are charge at exorbitant amounts even after a quote is given and before the invoice is given they say there happy to have a look but its not true the price quoted changes depending on the cashiers mood swing. When you question the price your told by a certain staff member your annoying by coming in and disturbing us (that was the cashiers words) So by walking in without an appointment expect the price to go up and only because the rude menopausal cashier says you should pay more for the inconveniencing them. I honestly thought it might have been one of those hidden camera shows or pranks. All I can say at the end of this experience is WOW! Update**** When writing your replies don't forget to be honest as 2 other customers witnessed this and so did my girlfriend. The other 2 customers were treated just as poorly and clearly stated it to each other and to me before leaving. Clearly every customer that gives negative feedback is attacked. Thanks so much for showing your true colours for everyone to see. Also just to mention the headlights and spotlights only worked for one week and needed to be repaired by a professional.

Job well done. Was totally surprised with the negative review. They were very friendly and affordable too. Will definitely come back if I get another problem with my car.
