I have been a regular customer at the cafe here since I started studying at QUT in 2016. I have gotten to know the staff over these past few years, and all of them, despite serving many customers during the day, still remember my name and order. As soon as I turn up to the counter, they begin making my Latte for me (and they never forget to add the sugar too!). They all greet me with a smile and have a quick conversations with me. Really fantastic and refreshing customer service - really down to earth people. All of them are just fantastic. The coffee is also an added bonus - Campos coffee is by far my favorite brew and the staff really know how to make it well. 10/10!

I also wanted to say a quick thank you to Paul, the lovely gentleman who works at the bookshop! He always asks me if I need a hand and can help me find my textbooks in a second. When I had quick conversation with him, I could see that he cares for the QUT students he sees every day. His number one priority has always been looking after all the people who walk in the Bookshop and for that, I am grateful!

Friendly staff and a great range of stationery.  Prices are good too. I have even bought a few cute gifts from here as well.

Consistently good service, good range of uni supplies as well as gifts and a great cafe and good coffee. Prices are reasonable

Good range of products, pricing is decent too. Also keeps balsa wood and glues for any engineering projects along with an assortment of stationery.
