Not sure the name fits the service. Conveniently located as soon as get through screening at T4 - it’s pole position for passing traffic. Unfortunately if your in a Rush for your flight don’t go here. The Que was only 6 deep when I joined. But it was painfully slow. The biggest issue I could see was that there were two barista machines but only one was operational. I don’t understand the business logic of that at all. Let’s say 1 coffee per minute @ $5. That’s $300per hour. So even if machine 2 did half that pace it well and truly covers another wage. Instead 15minutes passed before I had coffee in hand - and there is the opportunity cost to this business as I probably won’t be back. The food on hand looks the standard fare, sandwiches, fruit yoghurt etc. Licensed also. Not bad - just don’t be in a rush.
Bad, bad service. Paid 34 dolares for 2 croissants and 2 coffees. Croissants reheated in microwave, ham and cheese still cold and everything was like rubber. Croissants came first and coffees came like 10 minutes later. Friendly staff, but they 2can only do as much as they can. I think the owner should look at hiring more people at the busy airport. My only star goes just for the staff.
Sarah at 8pm while we were lined up informed the all the people lined up that they were closing and not going to serve anyone after the current customer and next customer....which was me! I felt I was the lucky person today.....that happiness was short lived.....as soon as I got there I showed her my Priorty Pass Card which we are told to do when going to a place that accepts Priority Pass and she just looked at it with aan annoyed look.....I asked if she was not going to accept it? She said, "What are you going to order?" So i started telling her my order....she interupted me..."I already told you the kitchen is closed"....she never did....I replied no problem...what can i order then? She told us to go to another place. She said anything in the display....so i asked what sandwiches she has....again..."What are you going to order?"....I again politletly said...I can't eat pork...i am a muslim....so what do you have without pork?...."Nothing" they all have Ham..... I pointed to an egg sandwich....that looks like an egg sandwich...."Well we are closing in 3 mins, do you know what you want to order?" At this point, I said, yes i want thr egg sandwich...she looked at me funny and started pushing the sandwiches around....and saying...this is a curried........eggg...do you want this? Yes and can you give me an Ice chocolate...AGAIN....she started...."We are closing, I told you, do you know what you want to order, we are closing". At this point I told her, " Yes I know what I want to order. Do you want to take my order OR not? Cuz you keep wasting the time telling me yiur closing instead if taking my order? Now its your choice." At this point she asked what size do you want? I turned to my daughter and asked her and she replied in audiably...so i yelled ar her already irritated by sarah.."REMOVE YOUR HEAD PHONES". Trying to turn the tables on me....asked my daughter if she is okay....do you need a hug?....its okay.....it is one of those days.......just dumb drama.....like I was over and an upset customer. She was the one repeatedly misbehaving with us. We order a milk shake and took 3 drinks. Our order cam to over the $36 limit voucher for priority Pass and i had 2 kids with me as my guest...so she tried to issue 3 vouchers and and charge me $108. I refused and said i have to charge both your guest. Finally another lady came out and said she will correct it....they never let me sign the Priority Pass machine....just handed over me the receipt. For $42...saod she used me and 1 guest..$72...so i had $30 more if i wanted something else...the attitude was so bad...i just wanted to leave so i said that is fine... 10 mintues later got my drinks.....10 mintues 8:45pm after that...they asked us to leave the area cuz they were closing...without us even finished our food. They were still working there and didn't have to be sooo rude. Picture taken as 9:05 pm. Sarah need to learn some manners. 2 days after our review, owner replies. Thank you for the review. The staff doesn't work for us any longer. No apology. Clearly shows the owner takes no responsibility or cares about the customers.
What a fantastic surprise this was. Being in an airport you go in not expecting much but this place was great. And I don't even need to add "for an airport bar". Food was excellent. Cocktail was perfect. The staff were so friendly and fast. Very professional. I think they were even understaffed when we were there and we still got a five star service.
Food selection looked enticing and honestly looked forward to a lovely breakfast. Upon placing our order and told I’d be using my Priority Pass card I got an ‘eye-roll’ and then the staff promptly replied the machine is broken. Solution: fix the machine or, place a sign on the counter forewarning customers the machine is ‘broken’. I’ll be lodging a formal complaint to Priority Pass.
Convenient location just past security check. Service ok. Coffee acceptable but expensive including card surcharge. Nearby seating.Food: 3/5
Really nice coffee, food and quick service. Their were 6 people handling customers and were very helpful. Had no problem at all using my Priority Pass. The menu was reasonably prices and not very expensive despite of being at a pole position at the airport. Initially reading the reviews I was also concerned of their service. But after having been served by them, I feel people usually post here when they have a -ve experience, and dont really care to give these people enough credit when they have a +ve experience. So here’s mine giving them a thumbs up
Had a lovely breakfast here. Delicious Wonderful staff, made us the best espresso martini. Was a perfect start to our long day
Came for the early flight, female clerk S, was rude to me and friend. Who would be super loud to voice out at the time even before sun rises? Understandable she also had to start work early in the morning but isn't it also your job to do proper and friendly customer service? Particularly for customers who are heading to their special times.
I ordered a large milk. Your funny staff be like: Here is your large milk which comes with the regular size. I want a large milk that is the milk in large cup. If you want to charge me more, talk to me and explain to me at the counter. Don’t make yourself look so low.
