Cheap and 24 hr. Can wax your car for 2 dollars if you're fast on your feet and it's raining! Meaning your car is already clean and will get a rince in the rain afterwards.
It's a car wash, does what it says on the tin. There's a couple manual bays and one automatic, which is what I use. Some days a man will be there to pre-spray your wheels and such. The machine takes coins or cards, and accepts NFC payments from your phone.
The drive through needs a bit of help from brushing down bugs and wheels and any major dirt down the sides with a brush and water before you go in. Comes out nice with the Polish.
Not a great experience. I was left with a windscreen so blurry I could hardly see out. No drying service on the auto wash one so left with a streaky finish. Won't be using again.
Best car wash in Launceston.... EDIT: it would be nice to have a pre wash if you're paying $22, I think the last 2-3 times I've been through the auto wash noone has been there to give cars a scrub, mine certainly needs it as the auto wash doesn't take off bird poo to well. . Still the best car wash in Launceston though. EDIT: 5th February 2023 The young man who was servicing cars in the Auto wash today did an amazong job very well spoken, very professional. Major improvement to the previous Carwash 100%. Been going to Tassiewash for quite a while now, car looks sweet everytime I drive out of there. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Wash our car here regularly, not the automatic wash hand wash and it works beautifully. The vac i wish it would pick up more. The suckson is OK but not great. Overall this is a good car wash.
Great place to wash your car, lots of good options, room to vacuum with no problem.
I usually go to a different car wash but there's no light there for night use. Turns out Tassie wash does a better job for about the same cost. I'll probably swap.
Normally pretty good, this time however, it didn't remove all the reside from our rural travels. We live near Deloraine and as it's had quite a bit of wild weather lately, the car required more cleaning than was available, unfortunately. We will give them another go though.
