Contacted this company regarding servicing our air con. I was happy to talk to the switch based on the other side of the country. They told me someone would contact me to book in a technician. That was 4 days ago. So much for 'quick' service. *edit* They responded to this review comments below but made no effort to contact me directly despite having my details. I eventually got through to the company and they arranged a technician, but it took them another week to come to the premises. I was not home when the contractor came to my house, but my partner was present. My partner indicated that the service on the day was satisfactory, although our issue ended up only needing a hard reset. Overall, I was satisfied that the problem was fixed. I was however very disappointed that it took them so long to get the problem resolved given that company markets themselves as being Quick 'same and next day heating and cooling services'. I'm unlikely to use this company again, but might if I am desperate.
This has been the best company, customer service, and service person I have ever had the pleasure to use in the last ten years!! I cannot recommend them enough. Satisfaction guaranteed for sure.
Do not be misled by the overall high review rating on Google. Quick Air is effectively the call centre and money collection company. The charging of your credit card happens immediately. Then the actual work goes to incompetent contractors over which Quick Air does not have much control. From my bad experience you are better off going directly to the equipment manufacturer. Anyway, the contractor will be calling the manufacturer for instructions and directions. We have the central gas heater broken down. Called early Monday morning. On Wednesday the contractor replaced the main control board which has not fixed the problem but we have been charged already. At the end of Thursday there is still no solution. Meanwhile, Quick Air insists the main control board was faulty anyway how do they know, if the replacement has not resolved the problem?.
