Fantastic location with very clean and modern rooms. The staff was lovely and friendly. I love it that it's slightly outside of town but not too far.nnOnly down side is there are no food on premise but most dining places are very close and within easy walking distance.nnOverall a great place to stay if passing Wang. I've stayed here many times before and have never been disappointed.
Very clean and modern hotel in a good location. Bed was comfortable too. Service was however lacking. We rang reception three times regarding a noise disturbance. The girl on reception showed practically no interest in finding out what the cause of the noise could be and left us to deal with it ourselves.
If you want the cleaning staff to go through your room, bags, suitcases when you’re not home due to cigarette ash being on the balcony, then proceed to pack up all your belongings, go through and touch your private property without asking or advising you, by all means, stay at this hole. Also $250 for a bond. Makes me sick. Stayed here other years and will NEVER stay at the Quest Wangaratta again. Absolutely disgusted.
Charged $304 for extra cleaning, as cigarette butts were found on balcony. We are non smokers & would have like to be consulted before changing our Credit card. Cleaner needs to do clean better before new customers arrive rather just charge customers.
The location is very good. Walking distance to Woolworths.nUnfortunately, we don’t really like the room.nThe bin was not cleared - full of nappies from the last family.nThe room was too bright in the morning. It’s also too dusty and we got allergies.nProbably not worth the money.nn===============nI don’t find a way to reply to the owner’s question below so I just edited my post - I don’t feel comfortable sharing my legal name on public Google review.
