OK PLACE TO STAY IN CENTRAL MELBOURNE IF YOU AREN'T AFTER LUXURY It's not expensive so it's not appropriate to compare it to the likes of a Westin or Sofitel. Basic units with bed and small kitchenette that is sufficient to make a simple breakfast or snack. The building is not very new and could do with a makeover but otherwise is quite functional. The location is good for Bourke St shopping, access to Southern Cross Station and for jumping on the free city tram network. Being in the city it is a bit noisy (trams, late night revellers, garbage trucks). Staff at reception were pleasant.

Spacious 3 bedroom apartment. Had everything we needed. Comfy beds. Easy check in. Easy location

The apartment was really dirty. You could see dirt and dust all over the apartment. In addition to that the furniture was dated and quiet uncomfortable. I would not recommend staying here until they address the cleaning standards, decor and a fresh coat of paint would go a long way.

Booked for 3 people, bed and room was made up for 2 people. Rang reception where the number rang out so went down 8 floors to find two staff chatting however did not answer my call. Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable with the springs coming through. Spoke to reception first thing the next morning whom assured me would have housekeeping attend and layer more than a single sheet on the base. Returned to the hotel later that day to find housekeeping had left and was provided blankets to make up myself. Internet did not work.Staff were not very helpful or friendly. Location is good, room was good size, broken lamp base that seemed dangerous and unsteady
