What a lovely place to stay whilst visiting Mackay.  Booked 1 bedroom apartment.  Was a great size,  cleanliness was of the highest standard, everything working and in great condition and close to cafes, Coles and walking distance to Canelands. .   Special mention to Kukkik on reception.  She is an absolute asset to Quest.  Every day such a warm welcome from her - she definitely added to our 5 star ranking . Will definitely stay again.

Fantastic hotel, GREAT 1 BEDROOM APARTMENT. Only stayed one night and an impromptu booking as we did intend to drive 3 hours home but as we were tired we decided to stay in Mackay. So glad we did. We will be back. Loved the room and service. Thankyou

This is a fantastic property. The room was very large similar to a small apartment, absolutely spotless and had all the facilities you could need.nThe staff are very friendly and welcoming and helped me swiftly with all my queries.nThe location is great if you are travelling by greyhound bus 5 minute walk, although NB that the route is not very well-lit if walking at night not the property’s fault.nA fantastic stay - thank you Quest Mackay!

Good size room with kitchenette and seating lounge area. Large balcony with views to city. Large pool and good gym.

Room was nice, service was great. Only issue were the aircon units. Even set at their lowest, it was too hot for a comfortable sleep 25°c I measured, AC set to 16°c
