Clean and spotless rooms - thank you to the housekeeping staff. Very pleasant stay. Convenient location, nearby to take away food outlets which are just around the corner, and around 600m walk to hospital/medical facilities. Good value for money.

Having to stay for over a week  !!nExcellent friendly, efficient staff.nOne bed with separate lounge kitchen and dining. Modern super clean,  serviced dailynFix any issues immediately. Very close to major shopping centre and restaurants.nSuper quite. Highly recommend

I got help from a lady named Helen sorry if I spell your name wrong  today she was really helpful. She went above and beyond to help us get a room even though she had clocked off she stayed over time to make sure we got a room. Thank you lovely

Just checked out this morning.nnObviously hotel has staff and system issues.nnThere was an Indian looking guy knocked on the door at 9:30am and asking if there is anyone in the room? I answered, but he still opened the door and walked in. And started questioning me about did I go to down stairs to check out and come back again? What time will I leave?nI told him I didn’t go downstairs to check out and sneaky back, and I was just about ready to leave.nAnd then he asked “AGAIN” what time will I leave? I said I was about to check out.nnI grabbed my stuff, walked out and when I asked him why would this happen? Why the system and list would show my room already been checked out? I got told to ask reception.nnI went down to reception, they couldn’t tell me what went wrong.nnAs a single female traveler, this was probably one of the worst experience I have ever had staying in a 4 star hotel.nThat was absolutely terrifying and unacceptable.nnThe room I stayed was one bedroom apartment Room no. 407A.nnI wrote this review just want to aware everyone else and hopefully this won’t happen during you stay.

I can not speak highly enough about how fantastic the service was from Michael, Carolina and the entire Quest Joondalup team. We booked our work crew of 30 in for a little over 2 weeks earlier this month. Carolina and the entire booking team were so accommodating from start to finish. On the day of check-in I had about 5 phone calls before I'd even arrived from crew members asking if they were at the right place because the rooms were so beautiful. Rooms were personalised with little touches that made the stay even more welcoming, onsite facilities were top tier and reception staff were so lovely to deal with.  Can not recommend this place enough, we can't wait to get back there.nThankyou so much for making our stay a great one!nnFrom the Veolia Team
