I stayed at Quest Hawthorn as a long-term stay over Melbourne lockdown. The location is super convenient, the apartments are well designed, comfy and spacious, the internet fast and reliable, and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended :

Nice and tidy, friendly staff. 2 things suck you have to pay for internet and the tv's are old and not smart TVs. You'll have to bring in a chromecast.
The staff are excellent. They really go out of their way to make guests comfortable. Rooms are large, light and airy. Well appointed Great to have a kitchenette. I very much enjoyed staying there in room 404.
Good location. Rooms was dark but otherwise quite nicely done. Bed was ridiculously soft - I asked to change rooms for one with a firmer bed but the person on the desk said they were all the same. So soft that two people rolled into the middle and bumped together! Uncomfortable sleep.
Great location and well appointed I would stay again
