Highly recommended! Extremely clean and well kept with the added bonus of genuinely friendly and helpful staff. No restaurant on premises but a good selection of quality casual cafes restaurants in easy walk. The meeting room was very well set up and everything went smoothly. I also loved that the owner, Campbell personally helped out and obviously had a great relationship with his staff. Not a place for a romantic staff but truly the perfect low fuss reasonable priced business trip stay. I will make sure our company uses it every time.
Our second stay, a return trip to Quest Cannon Hill to visit family nearby and we had another great time. The staff are so welcoming and really make your stay effortless. The rooms were lovely and quiet, which meant we all slept well. All the facilities are so clean and fresh, great work by the friendly housekeeping staff. Will be sure to stay again when in Brisbane!
One of the best check in experieinces I have ever had. There were three people at reception when I arrived. All were very welcoming and all were professional, warm, helpful and seemed to really enjoy their job which...makes a huge difference.nspecial memtion to the lovely Louise who was a tremendous help checking in, giving local advice and answering all of my queries. thanks so much.nThe room King Studio was perfect for my needs. I neat, well designed room with everything I needed in the kitchenette. The location was also great for me as I had business meetings in Cannon Hill.nHuge thanks to the entire crew.
The staff made sure to provide extra sugar to my room when they serviced it as I was known to go back for more.. very friendly staff and great facilities.
Great location for what I need. Customer service is great, rooms are good, parking is the only issue as you have limited parking onsite, if you miss out you need to park in the back streets.
