We lived here for 4.5 months after our house was damaged. The staff were amazing, reception and housekeeping teams were all very welcoming and friendly, even checking in on my mum when she wasn't well. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for an extended stay with convenient parking/location. Plus it's a pet friendly place so there was no problem bringing our cat he loved the giant beds

Home Away From HomenWe were in transition for several weeks from moving out of our old place and waiting to move into our new home. Quest Burwood East provided an ideal solution with our apartment coming with a fully equipped kitchen - dishwasher, oven, cook top, fridge and microwave, as well as all the kitchen utensils. The staff were amazing and the rooms well serviced. A special mention to Khadija for all her care and assistance during our stay. Undercover, security accessed car parking was a bonus, along direct access to the 75 tram line. Highly recommend.

I have recently stayed at Quest Burwood East for a couple of weeks.  I have been so impressed by the amazing staff who were welcoming, efficient and friendly. The location was terrific with easy access to the tram and our apartment was generous in size with all the comforts needed. A special mention for outstanding customer service by Khadija who managed our stay with efficiency and a ready smile.
