I had a fantastic stay! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality. The atmosphere was inviting, and the room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It was clear that attention to detail was a priority, and everything was top-notch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a long day.nnA special shout-out goes to the receptionist. They went above and beyond to make sure my check-in process was smooth and quick. Not only were they professional, but their friendly demeanor and helpfulness made me feel right at home.nnI’ll definitely be returning next time when I'm in the area!
Walking again today I was greeted by the friendly team as if I was a friend. All 3 ladies go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and special. The rooms are clean and have great views. Always stay here when on business. Location is great and so convenient. The wonderful team make it a great experience
Had a lovely stay at the quest!nnStaff were all super welcoming and accommodating.nMy room was also very inviting; I had a 1 bed apartment inclusive of seperate living/dining room.nn& offored a discounted price upon extending my stay and also came to a fair negotiation after an unintentional mix up on first night!!nnOnly thing I would suggest is a little more tea/coffee & milk etc. :
Hi ,nnI’ve been lucky enough to have stayed at Quest Burwood East quite a few times over the past 18 months or so.nEach time the staff I will give special mention to KJ for the way they are extremely friendly, efficient and flexible working around a shift worker like myself.nnThe rooms are always immaculate, the apartment rooms are very spacious.nnI would recommend staying for whatever purposes that you are looking for.
Overall this service apartment is great with friendly staff especially front office desk Ms Rhea. A very helpful, friendly gal. Always with a smile to greet the guests. Keep up the good job.. cheers
