Thank you Debbie and the staff at Quench for saving our Christmas! Your generosity lending us "out of towners" your Christmas tree, so my little kids had one, was the true meaning of Christmas! Not to mention your great selection of well priced beverages! Highly recommend!!! Definitely our go to bottle shop!

Great selection of wine and craft beers new seasonal beers every couple of weeks. Specials are generous and it's worth getting a membership. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.

There needs 2 be more of these around the coast what a good buisness prices are very competitive with the big chains I find that they are even cheaper than Dan murpheys for certain items. Super friendly staff . Thanks for getting me drunk

A staff member,  young tall blonde girl by herself who was talking on the phone from when I walked in  until I approached the counter, my daughter was with me in the store, as it was a Heat Wave that day and I told her to come in as it would be much cooler than sitting in a very hot car.  I asked the staff member  what the De Bortoli wine was like, she said I don't know I haven't had it, very rudely  Not a very positive way to try and promote or sell your stock at least say something like I haven't tried that one but I've heard it's quite good and is popular with our customers  so then she proceeded to refuse selling me the wine and Vodka mix,  she said I've seen you both together now, and  I need to see her ID,  I'm like totally  gob smacked, and was so angry I ended up walking out.... I didn't know it was a crime for my daughter to be in the store, she never touched anything was just walking around with me, this girl was so rude with attitude in her approach to me.  I have emailed the Manager but to no avail with any sort of reply, hence I need to review them to let people know this is not acceptable customer service, I understand what she is trying to do with under age drinking ect but you cannot attack customer's randomly with scenario's that you assume based on because she'd  seen us together in the store. I have shopped with them being a local here for over 10 years, at both locations but I will never step  foot in their door ever again. What ever happened to good old fashion friendly customer service. I would rate no stars with the extreme rude customer service

always helpful, on the last trip they even carried the bags of ice out to the car for my wife, without having to be asked.

Quench Ashmore Plaza Appalling service for the staff member, and a way to loose future business. The woman of African appearance refused to accept $13 in change for a $18 purchase which was made up of mostly $2 & $1 coins. I thought she was joking when she said I have to much coins and I cant be bothered counting them. I laughed and she rudely said go to Woolworths as I don't want them. Obviously i was perplexed as to why would you not accept a customers money and suggested that i could put $10 in a bag to ease the stress of counting the coins. I then produced a $20 note for the $18 item that I was attempting to purchase, to my surprise she wasn't going to even accept that. I had not been rude or offensive and asked what is the problem with no reply. Another customer walked in and she reluctantly snatched the note from my hand. This has left a sour taste in my mouth and will never go to that outlet again.
