Noriko is great but why is she seemingly the only one being able to do Western Union in Queenstown? When she is not in clocktower, the other lady NEVER can log in or says that the internet is down, had to go to Cromwell multiple times!! Calling ahead to ask if the service is available and if there is cash is also a waste of time as nobody ever answers the phone. Today had to go back from clocktower to the airport, 30 min wait per Western Union customer so had to pay $12 for airport parking and there was no more cash at 12.30. Cromwell is very helpful, always had cash for us even if it was their last, and they also said that many times clocktower sends customers to Cromwell to collect money from Western Union. Appalling.
