I have always been treated with friendliness and dignity at Qld XRAY. They are working at a frantic pace, but remain polite, & will answer questions. This is particularly important when the investigation is in regard to possible breast cancer, and other confronting possible diagnoses. As a pensioner I am bulk billed, which I appreciate. I cannot comment on the pricing for others.
The X-ray unit is professionally operated. From sign in to completion, the whole experience was a total pleasure. I was accommodated and informed at all times... And I would like to expressly commend Keira & Sara. I have extreme anxiety, and hospital environments generate an increased level... But the care & attention both Sara & Keira provided eased those anxious levels. A well run facility...A+

In September, I brought my father who has Parkinsons Dementia, to have an MRI Brain at St Andrews Qld Xray. Tony & Lauren were exceptionally gentle, professional & calming, and their manner with my father resulted in a problem-free scan. I cannot thank them enough. You made such a difference to our lives that day
My husband was the patient Edward Harris .. he was impressed by the friendliness and efficiency of the staff doing the procedure and found it a pleasurable experience. Distancing covid restrictions were also handled well
While the staff and service are excellent it is becoming increasingly difficult to be transferred from wheelchair to CT machine. Would be greatly appreciated if this could be looked into. Thanks
Went in for a PET scan. I have claustrophobia and was looked after wonderfully. The nurse who inserted my cannula for the dye was especially excellent. No pain whatsoever.
