I have been going to this outlet for some time now. Today I was treated so beautifully by the nurse who assisted with my cortisone shot she is a treasure. Counter staff absolutely great ,friendly helpful and so courteous.nThank you ALL you excel
Very friendly, clean, professional service and bulk billing for pensioners.
The woman who dealt with my ultrasound was friendly and understanding. The people at the front desk weren't unfriendly either. Everything went smoothly, but I did happen to be there when it wasn't particularly busy and still earlier in the morning. The booking process was super easy and asides from them needing to call to confirm details and fully book me in, it was fine. Definitely preferred waiting for the call over having to call and potentially wait on hold for ages.
I was very pleased with the whole experience. I didn’t have to wait for to long. Receptionist was very friendly. The nurse was very professional.
The reception area was clean and tidy. The staff were also kind and respectful.
