I recently had an urgent situation with my pet and my experience was nothing short of outstanding. The staff exhibited unparalleled professionalism and compassion.nnFrom the moment we arrived, they swiftly assessed the situation, providing immediate attention to my distressed pet. The facility itself was well-equipped, clean, and organized, creating a calming environment during a stressful time.nnWhat truly stood out was the genuine care and expertise demonstrated by the veterinarians and support staff. They communicated effectively, explaining the diagnosis and treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand. Their commitment to the well-being of my pet was evident throughout the entire process. They allowed me to spend as much time as I’d like with my dog daily trying to get him to eat and was permitted to take him for a brief walk. This was great solace during a very stressful time.
i quite literally thought my dog was dead when i bought her in. this isn’t her first visit to this vet for eating a toad. cost me an arm and a leg but, i’m so grateful for the amazing veterinarians who work tirelessly to ensure the upmost care for animals. they know exactly what to do $1,500 later and my cheeky jack russel is alive !! thank you

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Cameron, Monique, Rebekah, Chris, and any other vets and vet nurses whose names I didn’t know for looking after my dog, George, who just came home after 10 days at Pet Emergency/Queensland Veterinary Specialists in critical care. Words cannot even begin to capture how grateful I am for each and every one of your kindness, expertise, treatment and care for George. Thank you for saving him. You all make a difference, and are all so appreciated. I visited George every day during his hospitalisation and was always impressed by the amazing customer service from everyone in reception too. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough!
New building& facilities.nMy 11 yr old Chihuahua ripped her paw out after being stuck on a 4 inch pipe.nIt was clear the vet was very good& Little Hazel was fine after her bandage came off.nBeing a Sunday.nOur normal vet was closed.nI would recommend Hayward St emergency to anyone who needs help with there animals.
