The team at QVS are incredible. They are very knowledgeable, considerate and friendly. The clinic is spotless, all vets, nurses and staff are always looking to help and have been a wonderful support, particularly in emergency situations. I can't thank the team enough for all they do.
Absolutely wonderful experience here with the dermatologist! My boy Walden has had such bad skin allergies that his vet finally had to pass him along here to get things figured out, as he was losing all his fur it was so bad! They got a plan figured out for him and worked with the options I could afford, trying to avoid things that'd cost me more like purchasing his medication from them -- instead got it figured out how I could through his regular vet instead. He now has his fur back, and brown spots that he hasn't had since he was a puppy! I appreciate the team's kindness and help.
Words can't express how grateful we are for the support and care received by Dr Bri and the QVS team. We will forever appreciate the kindness and empathy they showed us when our dog was being treated and sadly passed. I cannot recommend them enough!
The whole team looked after my pet with a lot and of care from the emergency unit to the surgery unit. Greatly appreciate how they handled my dogs scenario with care. Customer service, and knowing your pet is in safe hand is extremely important.
It was a sad day. My baby dog was unwell and she was ridden with Cancer......vet and staff were wonderful and kind in her last hours. Wish this wasn't the type of review to write but these people deserve praise in these times of trial and darkness. Thank you.
