Waste of time going into them the service department they are hopeless go into see someone about a problem with a truck waited for an amount of time for someone to come out that didn’t end up coming out left my phone number for a call back never bothered to call me back. Every time you call them they say we will have to get someone to call back never hear back from them.nnParts Department is just as bad take forever to find the parts your looking for and then never have anything in stock always have to order it in.

Good friendly genuine service. If you have a problem with your MACK they'll find it and fix it. They can get hold of a bunch of hard to get parts.

What a great family day at Western Truck Group  with Cassie Jade Stanbury / Bohdi Bellah Free

This would be the worst experience we have ever had. Our truck was left here for a week, there was a list of repairs to take place but they could not be completed in time.We explained that the truck needed to go back to work. We asked the reception person to tell the work shop to finish off what they were doing and we would be there in approx 4hrs as we were returning from a trip away and from Toowoomba we still had another 4 hour trip home. The message was not relayed to the work shop so we then had to wait another 6 hours for work to be completed. We were kindly offered by the receptionist that we had an option of packing up all parts and towing the truck home !! as if we were not angry enough. We eventually arrived home to find the diff that had been leaking was still leaking and an amber light they were so proud of fixing was not fixed at all among other things. On speaking with the manager he was not bothered by the problem and told us to return the truck in a couple of weeks. too bad. I would never recommend Western Truck Group to any one needing repairs to their fleet.

They sale man very roud as well staff is not helpful as well hi as when bought truck they hide information about euro 6 truck I drive 4 months it’s muffler need a change please that’s your wtg responsibility for get replacement regen problem which I faced so please help me
