i HAVE HAD NO END OF TROUBLE WITH QLD ROOFING. QUOTED TO REPLACE A LEAKING TILED ROOF WITH A NEW COLOURBOND ROOF, COSTING $20K, AND LEAKED INTO MY OFFICE OVER ELECTRICIAL EQUIPMENT. MANY PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS LATER, FINALLY ARRIVED TO SAY, SORRY, NOT SEALED PROPERLY, WE CAN FIX IT NOW. NOW THE CAPPING BARGES ARE NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY, SO THE WATER DOES NOT RUN OFF PROPERLY AND IS RUNNING DOWN THE NEW $20K RENDER AND STAINING IT AND HAVE CALLED AND TEXT MESSAGES AND I WAS TOLD, ' OH, CANT PLEASE YOU' . NOW WRITING THIS AFTER A BIG ARGUMENT WITH THE 2 OIC WHO WAS ABUSIVE AND INSULTING. NOW EITHER QBCC TO HANDLE IT OR I HAVE TO DEAL WITH QLD ROOFING. NO NAMES INCLUDED.

Job was properly quoted with photos and supporting detail. Had a couple of false starts when the materials didn't arrive, however the overall time from quote to job complete was much quicker than expected. The job was done well and overall I'm happy with the result. Good experience. I would use them again.

We have had a wonderful experience with Queensland Roofing (we mostly dealt with Morgan who was fantastic to speak to and deal with), from first point of contact right through to completion of the job. They are very honest, reliable and professional and we will definitely be contacting them again when we need future maintenance or jobs done for our roof. Many thanks again. ^_^

Overall, the experience was excellent. Justin and David are very knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. Justin's assessment during the quoting process was very thorough. He answered all my questions, and proposed several solutions to the challenges we presented. After reviewing several companies that we got in to quote our roof, Queensland Roofing was our top pick because of the extra information they gave to us, it didn't feel like we were just another job to them. Not only did they do a terrific job of replacing our cracked tiles and installing new clips, they made every effort to clean-up all debris. I would highly recommend Justin and David from Queensland Roofing!

David went out of his way to help me. I was overseas and unable to be present when the quoting and job was done. David rang me overseas several times to keep me updated about what was happening. Thanks again David.
