I completely the Gold package Eyebrow Tattoo course with Heidie earlier this year and really enjoyed how the course ran. It was a great learning environment and everything was well organised. Heidie is a fantastic trainer, she is patient and very knowledgeable. It’s been amazing and I am so grateful to be taught by such a skilful and lovely trainer.

I want to share the experience I had with the training I received from Heidi throughout my cosmetic tattoo course. Heidi's reputation for excellence in cosmetic tattooing was a major factor in my decision.I received one-on-one time with Heidi during the training. This personalised attention allowed me to ask questions, receive feedback, and practice techniques under her expert guidance.The support and guidance I have received after the course has been outstanding. Heidi is always available to answer any questions or concerns I may have, and she continues to provide valuable insights and tips to help me improve my skills.Two positive things that stood out to me about the training were the comprehensive curriculum and hands-on experience. I appreciated the thorough coverage of theory and practical application, as well as the opportunity to practice my techniques on live models. I wanted to absolutely love this salon as I read glowing reviews after thoroughly researching where to get my brows done. I left my brow lamination and lash lift appointment last week and was told to apply castor oil every night which I’ve never had to do before after a treatment. 48 hours after my brows were tinted and laminated, they were curling all over the place and not remaining in tact despite apply brow gel and following the aftercare instructions. My brows are now less than a week in to being done and they look worse than before I had anything done to them. My lash lift looks alright with mascara, but is barely noticeable compared to what I have had previously and I still need to apply mascara which is a shame as I got one to avoid feeling the need for makeup. I really tried to remain optimistic but my brows have been over processed and they won’t stay in place - my husbands crazy eyebrows look better than mine. The tint barely lasted half a week despite not getting them wet for 48 hours. Unfortunately I won’t be returning. On a positive note, the salon was absolutely beautiful!

I had a wonderful experience with Heidi and her team. I felt incredibly comfortable and welcomed during my brow threading, and I absolutely adore the end result. They took the time to explain their process, and it was evident that I was in the hands of very skilled professionals. Best brow threading service I've had. I can't recommend them highly enough! I have been getting my eyebrows waxed with henna and facials from Heidi for the last three months. She is amazing! My skin has completely evened out and looks and feels great! Heidi is a perfectionist in an industry where you definitely want perfection.  She has the ability to transform your brows into the lush and full masterpiece. Would absolutely recommend coming here for all things brows!

I want to share my expierence with the training I recieved from Heidi for the Plasma Fibroblast treatment. But I need to talk about how I first trained with another company that misslead and comprised the professional work that this treatment allows. My expierence with the other company was scary as what they did to the models was just clearly unethical and left me to frightened to carry out this treatment for my clients. But I couldn't let it go, this treatment kept on sparking my want to learn and drive to do the best for my clients. Heidi's knowledge, understading and expertise in plasma fibroblast treatments, including skin types antiaging maping and the importance of aftercare has left me with the confidence and expertise that this treatment requires.
