Loved our stay, comfortable beds, very clean, loved the shampoo and conditioner although the bottle in one bathroom is empty but slight oversight because the staff are lovely and accommodating. We arrived at 11pm and the after hours check in was very easy. Plenty of parking. Easy walk to the shops and beach. Beautiful classy entertainment area with pool, spa, BBQ, pool table and tennis table
Prior to staying I was a little concerned with such mixed reviews but I didn’t need to be. My stay was impeccable. Stunning apartment, large, clean, modern, quiet. Staff were helpful and friendly and it was very reasonable. I came from a 5 star hotel in Sydney and Melbourne on the same trip for business and the quality of the accommodation was as good for a fraction of the cost. Location perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
We stayed in the loveliest apartment. Very comfortable and spotless The views were amazing. We were so close to the eateries and enjoyed our walk to the beach each day. Can’t wait till our next holiday there
DO NOT STAY HERE! Looking at the photos they gave a good impression of the hotel, the reality of our room didn’t live up to the expectations from the photos. The couch was stained, the bathrooms were dirty, the benches were clearly not wiped. The bed is only fitted with one thin sheet in the middle of winter. Reception told us “every place i’ve stayed at has never had a quilt”. We left our booking early and found a more suitable accommodation.
This was the 3rd time my family and I have stayed at the Qube and it was terrible.nRoom was dirty, walls are all marked, and the general look of the apartment was rundown.nnMy kids found blonde female hair everywhere in their room and lipstick, plus other make up items left by previous customers. Surely these apartments are cleaned prior to rental to new gests?nnUnfortunately, this has resulted in a bad experience for me and my family, so we will never stay at Qube again!nnVery disappointed and a waste of good money.
