Peking Duck Rolled Pancakes. Hmmmmmmm. Couldn't finish the pork buns but they were delicious as well. Just had entree size but huge serves. Great on a warm night with the shopfront windows open to the trees opposite. Excellent staff too.

Very average food. Everything tasted almost the same. We had ordered for a spicy chicken stirfry which was super sweet and bland. Wouldn't recommended if you want to enjoy good quality Vietnamese food.

Really great food that is cheap and authentic

Some of the worst food I have EVER eaten. Luke warm dumplings/poor quality spring rolls and inedible duck in mint leaves. Service left a lot to be desired too. I definately won't be back.

I went there with my wife and extended family. Half our food and drinks didn't make it to the table because they could not supply them or forgot to bring it out. The food was mediocre. To be fair the place was under staffed and there was only one  cook. The staff were nice and apologetic. So one star goes to the staff.

Cockroaches everywhere, and the manager tried to rip us off by adding a couple dollars on top of each dish. After we called him out on it he tried to pass it off as an "old menu". Food was pretty good though, just keep an eye on the prices

Very nice chinese/viet fusion resto in Richmond! Interior is basically casual but dont get thrown off as we 3 found the food very good!!! The quail was amazing with a med spicy succulent sauce! Had the flaming prawns which was super delicious & the sizzling pepper beef! The Viet iced coffee with condensed milk was one of the best! Service exceptional...highly recommend this place!

Terrible Absolutely awful, I cannot believe I have to give a star, dumplings were cold, rice had hair in it, the chili sauce wasn't even a teaspoon smear! Tried to over charge me, was told it was an old menu. Unless you are literally starving, in Ethiopian terms you wouldn't choose to eat here. I cannot damn this place enough, I'm considering throwing up to make way for the toast I will eat when I get home.

great food and even better service, we ate dinner there last night. The waiter that was working was very polite and friendly. He really made the experience. Will go back.

Quan 88 or Quan 88 Cockroaches! There were Cockroaches over the walls and over the many and now I know why they where empty empty tables including bowls and chop sticks. When my group confronted a dopey waiter with a baseball cap he blamed the warm weather for infestation and was extremely rude and arrogant. We all felt sick to our stomachs imagining what the state of the kitchen must be. NEVER SHALL WE EAT THERE AGAIN. The Health Department can expect several complaints. If you're still contemplating going there, Roach spray is a MUST! Disgusting.
