Quality Air was super quick to follow up with a well detailed quote, I'd asked four companies for quotes and only Quality Air got back to me the next day. Aside from having the best price, they—by far—had the best customer service. It wasn't the easiest job (our house is a little ad hoc to say the least) and required longer hours than originally anticipated, but the job was still done efficiently, and professionally. The two heat pumps are making the summer heat more than tolerable, and we can't wait to see how they tackle winter. I would recommend Quality Air to anyone looking for a great price, and top class service. Really impressed.
