I was super impressed by the staff and facilities. With the MRI they gave you headphones, earplugs and through the headphones you could hear calming music, as well as the staff would say how long each scan would take, so I could mentally prepare myself to stay still. The x-ray was super quick. I was very impressed. The facilities were spotless and super modern. Thanks to every staff member for a professional and efficient experience, as I had thought, it would be a lot more stressful, especially with the MRI machine. This is a review on QScan Windsor.
Phone booking was really friendly and they fit me in for MRI on the same day, bulk billed.nnReception was really helpful and friendly when I arrived.nnWas taken to another waiting area where i was waiting a little too long and felt very isolated. The tv was cool though.nnThe MRI experience was great, the two ladies doing the scan were really nice and accommodating.nnI would suggest that the aspley Qscan take some hints from this place. Windsor is far superior and friendlier by a mile
Each time I’ve had to go for an X-ray or some other scan, I have been treated with the utmost respect and kindness from staff at every level. Never had a negative experience with this clinic, compared to others. I’m a bit claustrophobic and ended up having a minor panic attack during one of my MRI’s because I forgot to take a Valium. The tech was so understanding and immediately brought me out and talked me down. After I went back inside the machine, he kept reassuring me and updating me on how much longer it would take. He turned a frightening experience into a bearable one and got me through it. Bookings are generally made fairly quickly, so there’s no waiting a week or 2 for answers. The patient portal also allows for you to share your results with any specialists you may be referred to. They also have reasonable prices for scans that aren’t bulk-billed. Overall a very efficient clinic with lovely staff.
20 minutes waiting on the phone to make an appointment. This appointment unfortunately needed to be cancelled, so 26 minutes on that call waiting to be answered. Not good enough Qscan. You o not value your customer time at al l.
I really would like to mention how the staff here truely are so helpful friendly and kind all while so professional. Every time I have visited I'm so impressed with the level of service and care I have received. A+
