I attended the Carindale branch in September for a fine needle biopsy of my breast the cost was around $600 and as it’s a specialist service I had to wait one month to get an appointment. The Doctor and other staff were lovely and professional, however took some time to get the required samples. I then waited nervously for my result only to be told by my doctor that the samples were inconclusive and I could wait a few months and then try and get it done again. So I was back at square one, out of pocket and inconvenienced. If you need to get this done go elsewhere it may save your life.
Rang to book in for an ultrasound spoke to somebody and had to book it in a week later which is fine. Arrived at the ultrasound appointment. Having done the prep to be told. I’m unable to go in as I had my child with me. My child has additional needs and is unable to attend school very frustrating experience to not be able to get urgent medical testing done.
I had to have an MRI on both hips but because they can only do one hip at a time, it requires two separate visits. The ladies at the desk were pleasant enough however I had two different technicians at each appointment. Having an MRI can be a daunting experience, but these guys could have cared less about how I was managing for the 20 - 25 minutes I was in the machine.nDuring the quiet periods when you think they would check on how you were managing, not once did either of them ask me if I was doing ok. The 2nd guy didn't even wait until I was totally out of machine before roughly removing my earphones and as it's such a tight space, they caught the top of machine which yanked my neck slightly. Clearly loves his job!
Worst experience ever! They charged my husbands bank card for 3 X-rays that he didn’t have done. It then took almost 2 weeks and numerous phone calls to receive our refund! Be careful giving them any money very unethical and unfair refund policy for their error… holding $180 for 2 weeks is not ok so angry. Avoid at all cost!!
I had to get scans done for an orthodontist. I was super nervous but the receptionists on the phone and in person were all really lovely! The receptionist on the phone even explained to me what happened with the scan and said not to worry as kids do it all the time no problem. The man who did the scan itself was super professional and very quick. I was in and out in no time at all and it wasn't scary! There is parking underneath the building too.
