Bianca was so helpful! It was very busy, but the queue went fast. Bianca managed to get both an X-ray and Ultrasound booked in together at another Qscan so I could get it done asap! Thankyou Bianca!

Overall really disappointing experience... Don't waste your time and effort going here.
Terrible, they can't put through medicare claim correctly . Told me that they'd email bill for me to claim, received nothing, now sitting on phone for 30mins still waiting. this is the third time this has happened . Checked with medicare the problem is at qscan end.
might have state of the art equipment but their phone system is stuck in 1900.Don`t answer phones why ?
Fabulous staff. Very friendly and accommodating. I was even able to get a CT scan on a Saturday. I went to the Windsor practice, so wonderful. I will never go anywhere else for any form of imaging. Modern equipment and incredibly knowledgeable specialists. Highly recommended.
