Rude & arrogant staff. Went with my 2 year old for a blood sample collection. Bad experience. The lady doesn't show any care or empathy for my little one. Felt like they don’t care.
Went for blood test this morning about 11am. Wait only a few minutes but the needle was very blunt as never has such pain before when taken by a female nurse. Expect male doctors to inflict pain as they do not get much practice in giving needles. Been here and Beerwah QML many times, but worst experience to date.
Had awesome experience at the clinic. I forgot to being mum's doctor referral letter with me. The staff was amazing, Glen was able to paint one out for us onsite once we send through the electric copy. The blood test was quick and easy, no bruises for my mum which she usually gets a bad reaction after the needle.
I went there 4:40 pm the lady over there was very rude. She said she can’t do blood test go to chermside hospital or chermside Qml.. if she can’t do simple blood test why she sitting there with cloding timing 5:30
Have been here multiple times over the past few months and although the results appear to be speedy and good, have found the staff to be extremely rude on each occasion. The rudeness extends to all visitors without fail. Must be something about this clinic as other QML places are pleasantly staffed.
Rudest experience I have had even before walking in, Male argessively tells me to sign in which I was getting too. After stilling down, big grey hair lady sits down at counter, asks for papers and once I hand over, she sign and says with attitude we'd don't do this here, if you looks on the door, how I am to look onto a sliding door for a sign that's hidden when the doors are open and I'm getting attitude for entering so my attention is redirect. If this is what they offer as healthcare then I'd rather be sick at home and not find out when I'm unwell. No one needs that kind of treatment when they are unwell. So ye don't go here, unless you like to have a trimble experience!
Absolutely amazing staff, not all but one lady was amazing at her work. One of their staff members denied me for the TB test. However, this lady not only agreed for a test but also helped me in arranging a TB self request form so that I dont have to contact and pay for GP. She made my day, amazing people do exist! God bless her.
Store was busy and understaffed, which I understand. What I don't understand is the man at the front counter refusing to talk to us, refusing to look at paperwork. Instead making my sick partner wait inside alone, only to find out after a half hour wait that they were not doing viral blood checks at the moment. We asked him half an hour before, but he refused to look at the papers we had out. I understand being busy, but the lack of care or willingness to help is completely unacceptable. Sophie is such a breath of fresh air. She is friendly and puts you at ease immediately. As an added bonus her skills means you barely feel anything. Thank you Sophie!
"We are nice he says" well maybe the rest of the team, but not you. Male reception staff member 10th of July. It's in your delivery and body language. Suggest some cultural and sensitivity training and emotion intelligence.
