It is normally very lovely there with friendly staff but they seriously need to work on their bookings. I had a 7:30am appointment and I arrived 30 mins early only to see the whole place packed and quite a few people standing outside the door. I took a number at 7:00 and at half an hour later, the time of my appointment I was told to arrive, the line had not changed and there were still 14 people before me. Considering the amount of people ahead of me and that it was already a 2 hour blood test I was told to book for, I just left. I don't understand why so many people were booked together at the same time, but standing outside in the heat 5 months pregnant and nauseous is something that could have been well avoided if the staff had not overbooked considerably.
