The communication network connecting information between staff, patients and the information required for booking appointments, preparation for tests and receiving results is diabolical. After you navigate the phone prompt options the clinic never answer so the line goes to call center which after 3 attempts on separate days have still not been able to reach the clinic to ask a basic question.nIf you have the option to use any other pathology company I'd recommend it. It couldn't be worse.nQML couldn't run a raffle with the current information and communication structure
I was receiving home bloodtest visits while ill.i could ring up an bookno problem. But now you cant get a person on the phone at all.My doctors surgery is even having trouble booking it now.Why change a good service to dreadful experience trying to seek medical support. These pathology companies are in a battle with each other. Its been going on for awhile now
These guys really are crap at communication. I have recently had family members diagnosed with a rare condition and wanted to talk with someone about where I might be able to get this specific test. Spent 20 minutes going round and round with computer, not a human to be contacted. Shame QML! I appreciate you are not a counselling service, but an opportunity for someone who is worried about pathology results to speak to a human would at least show some empathy. Based in this interaction, which I will share with everyone I know who needs pathology, I will never go anywhere near QML. At least S&N pretend to care and listen. Shameful customer service, but I guess you save a few bucks right?
The process to contact QML is abysmal and I see from some of the other reviews that I'm not alone in this opinion. I finally got someone on the phone to ask a simple question and when I could finally hear her, she started on about locations which wasn't answering my question. I had already asked the question I wanted the answer to and she didn't answer that, and I had another simple question as well, but I decided to give up and go to another pathology provider. Very, very poor.
The worst phone service I've ever encountered, it has automated options and then you click that which is another automation telling you to go to the website, cannot talk to anyone. Waste of time, if I could give less than 1 star I would.
